CHAFERWilliam Dennis In memory of Dennis who passed away peacefully on 14th July, 2015 after a long illness. The family would like to express thanks to all our friends and family for all their kindness and thoughtfulness throughout such a difficult time, and also for the kind donations to Hayward House which has raised over £300. Thanks also to Hayward House, Nurses and Doctors on Hogarth Ward at the Nottingham City Hospital, Macmillan Nurses, District Nurses, to Bulwell Forest Golf Clubhouse and to Fr. Andy Nicholls for the lovely service. Particular thanks also to William and Caroline of Geo. Hanson & Sons, Funeral Directors for all their wonderful help and support and for making everything easier for us. From loving Wife Eileen, Daughter Sandra, Son Martyn and Granddaughter Kelly.
